Tool Offer Agent does not independently certify sellers, authenticate external provider capabilities, automatically publish offers or execute purchases through its existing public drafting workflow.
FAHCE is a separate Kingan Logic commercial integrity service. Its integration must not be described as completed until live deployment and verification establish that fact.
The expanded buyer/seller transaction engine and payment functionality are under implementation and release validation.
These capabilities are not represented as live until separately verified.
